With the Contact Log button
found on the Customer, Order and
Product screens you can make
notes about anything (a
great way to record customer
reactions to new products, problems
with products and/or vendors etc.).
On orders you can enter contacts for
the entire order and for individual
items in the order.
Plus, the new contact logs use the

Enhanced Grid feature so you
