A tab for each cart is added to the Product screen with the cart's specific fields. Create as many product variations to upload as you like for as many accounts as you have with each cart.
Downloads are automatic as are product changes, online order status etc.
New carts are being added regularly and you can request any you like. Grow your business with multiple web stores and a single inventory all managed by RPM.
Create real, editable drop ship purchase orders directly from any order. Then print, fax or email them immediately or at end of day.
Set up drop ship vendors in the product location (along with multiple warehouses, bins etc.) and enter a priority for each item. When you run out of stock the item will be automatically drop shipped. You can manually set any item ordered to drop ship too.
This is a major enhancement to our existing Drop Ship feature.

Quickbooks Export
Export the information you collect in RPM in QuickBooks format. More than a simple GL export. RPM stores your Chart of Accounts numbers and applies the up-to-date totals to each when it exports.

New Navigation Interface
We've made hundreds of features easier to find - they are all just one click away. The new list view displays all your open orders and their statuses.It couldn't be easier to find and finish open orders.
Our progress bar tracks each step of a process, just like a web page. Never get lost - step back or forward and see exactly when you are done.
Starting with the Orders tab of the Customer screen we have added several new features to allow you to customize your views of detailed data. The new grid allows for sorting, filtering and drill downs.
We've added a new Flash menu. Based on our popular 2005 design, it combines simplicity with power.
Watch for the new Info Tray. If you have our Client/Server software you will be able to see regularly updated counts - # of orders, sales, reminders and more.
RPM 2006 includes loads of additional new features too. Check out the list.
Price Override - Item prices on the order screen are automatically locked when you hand enter a new amount. Uncheck the override box to release the lock and allow prices to recalculate.
Customer Level Pay Method and Terms - Set defaults for customer accounts and they will appear automatically at order entry.
Enhanced Assemblies (Kits) - Now kits can be treated and displayed as a single item. On the order the elements appear in blue (and can be excluded from printed invoices while included on pick lists), and can be deleted as a single unit.
Print Tracking - Print invoices and packing lists from any order and RPM will keep track of the number printed. Avoid accidentally printing duplicates while keeping the option to reprint.
Unit of Measure - Differentiate the number of units ordered from your vendors vs. sold to your customers. Now you can order "1" item from a supplier and sell it as 24 (i.e., their single "case" equals your 24 individual items).

Reliable Database RPM uses a self-contained SQL database (no separate SQL server required) and offers a client/server option. This is superior to relational databases. Data corruption is highly unlikely, security is much better and you can manage a much larger database, as well as up to 100 users.

Get Order Processing Software
Customizable We offer custom programming that allows you to order changes to the actual program. These changes are made part of the core software so you can download free and paid upgrades later when new versions are available without losing your features. RPM also includes free database and scripting tools you can use to make changes to your data, export data, change prices, send mailings etc. You can read more about the tools online.
Reports The included report writer is very powerful and easy to use. Over 100 pre-built reports are included which you can edit. Or, you can create your own. The report writer is one of our customers’ favorite features and is included free with RPM. If you do not want to write your own custom reports you can simply order them online.
