Make, Model, Year   Make, Model, Year
Search for parts by MMY, including parts that fit multiple vehicles. Select your MMY once and your search only shows matching parts until you change the criteria.

Customer Vehicles   Customer Vehicle
Store your customer's vehicle information (as many as you wish). At order entry only matching parts will show unless you override the search.

VIN   VIN & Title Tracking
Track vehicle id numbers and receive and forward titles too.

Multi Channel Management

RPM has gone Multi Channel! Orders come from multiple sources - phone, mail and the Web. Now you can manage them all in one system: RPM Multi Channel Manager.



Our new Multi Channel feature employs native API's from major web carts like Amazon, ebay, Yahoo, X-cart and more so you can automatically:

  • Download Orders
  • Upload Products
  • Upload Product changes
  • Upload Order Status

A tab for each cart is added to the Product screen with the cart's specific fields. Create as many product variations to upload as you like for as many accounts as you have with each cart.

Downloads are automatic as are product changes, online order status etc.

New carts are being added regularly and you can request any you like. Grow your business with multiple web stores and a single inventory all managed by RPM.

Drop Ship Purchase Orders

Drop Ship Purchase Orders

Create real, editable drop ship purchase orders directly from any order. Then print, fax or email them immediately or at end of day.

Set up drop ship vendors in the product location (along with multiple warehouses, bins etc.) and enter a priority for each item. When you run out of stock the item will be automatically drop shipped. You can manually set any item ordered to drop ship too.

This is a major enhancement to our existing Drop Ship feature.

  • Price Override - Item prices on the order screen are automatically locked when you hand enter a new amount. Uncheck the override box to release the lock and allow prices to recalculate.

  • Customer Level Pay Method and Terms - Set defaults for customer accounts and they will appear automatically at order entry.
     
  • Enhanced Assemblies (Kits) - Now kits can be treated and displayed as a single item. On the order the elements appear in blue (and can be excluded from printed invoices while included on pick lists), and can be deleted as a single unit.
     
  • Print Tracking - Print invoices and packing lists from any order and RPM will keep track of the number printed. Avoid accidentally printing duplicates while keeping the option to reprint.
     
  • Unit of Measure - Differentiate the number of units ordered from your vendors vs. sold to your customers. Now you can order "1" item from a supplier and sell it as 24 (i.e., their single "case" equals your 24 individual items).
     
  • Special Pricing - We have added a new option to the Special Pricing feature - Buy a Product, Get another Product Free

RPM uses a self-contained SQL database (no separate SQL server required) and offers a client/server option. This is superior to relational databases. Data corruption is highly unlikely, security is much better and you can manage a much larger database, as well as up to 100 users.

Get Order Processing Software

Reports
The included report writer is very powerful and easy to use. Over 100 pre-built reports are included which you can edit. Or, you can create your own. The report writer is one of our customers’ favorite features and is included free with RPM. If you do not want to write your own custom reports you can simply order them online.
