When you order, we collect your name, company name, e-mail address, mailing address, and if applicable your credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to fill your order and to notify you of your order status. We will also notify you of upgrades we make available to registered owners of RPM. Return Policy
We provide free evaluation versions of our software so you can assess the products prior to making a purchase. Visit our downloads page at http://www.rpm-software.com/FreeDemo.php to get your free demo. For this reason, our refund policy is restricted to replacement of goods damaged in shipment only.
When you download or are shipped the software, it is considered opened. Opened software cannot be returned for refund, regardless of the delivery method.
Damaged CDs may be exchanged for the same product within 30 days of purchase by sending the damaged product to the return address on the package. Please email us at RPM@core-tech.com if you need the address to return the damaged item to.
Payment Policy
If your payment is returned for insufficient funds, you will be required to pay all bank fees and any collection and/or legal fees required to collect the full amount.
Payments returned with stop payment or charge-back will be considered fraud, and you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed by law. Reliable Database RPM uses a self-contained SQL database (no separate SQL server required) and offers a client/server option. This is superior to relational databases. Data corruption is highly unlikely, security is much better and you can manage a much larger database, as well as up to 100 users.

Customizable We offer custom programming that allows you to order changes to the actual program. These changes are made part of the core software so you can download free and paid upgrades later when new versions are available without losing your features. RPM also includes free database and scripting tools you can use to make changes to your data, export data, change prices, send mailings etc. You can read more about the tools online.
Reports The included report writer is very powerful and easy to use. Over 100 pre-built reports are included which you can edit. Or, you can create your own. The report writer is one of our customers’ favorite features and is included free with RPM. If you do not want to write your own custom reports you can simply order them online.
