How Our Upgrades Work
You can upgrade from any previous version of RPM directly to the current version at any time. Upgrades are released approximately once a year. The charge to upgrade RPM is $600 per version jump and $200 per additional license (workstation). For example, if you upgrade RPM from version 2008 to version 2009 you are jumping 1 level. Your total cost to upgrade is $600.
This upgrade charge is designed so you are never penalized for skipping an upgrade, or upgrading early.

Reliable Database RPM uses a self-contained SQL database (no separate SQL server required) and offers a client/server option. This is superior to relational databases. Data corruption is highly unlikely, security is much better and you can manage a much larger database, as well as up to 100 users.

Get Order Processing Software
Customizable We offer custom programming that allows you to order changes to the actual program. These changes are made part of the core software so you can download free and paid upgrades later when new versions are available without losing your features. RPM also includes free database and scripting tools you can use to make changes to your data, export data, change prices, send mailings etc. You can read more about the tools online.
Reports The included report writer is very powerful and easy to use. Over 100 pre-built reports are included which you can edit. Or, you can create your own. The report writer is one of our customers’ favorite features and is included free with RPM. If you do not want to write your own custom reports you can simply order them online.
